A Month Off

It has been a fairly hectic summer so far - shows - vacation - shows . My schedule though has let up a little and I get about a month respite. Just in time to enjoy the pool in this sweltering Midwest heat and humidity. ( The last show at Sugar Creek I think some of the artists did actually melt into the asphalt )

So hopefully with this time off I can refocus on some paintings that I have been putting off ( Like the Holt painting and some of Bradley for the upcoming Peoria Riverfront show)

This weekend though we are attending the reception for the wedding that we were fortunate enough to attend in Cancun last month - I think I'll get some photos of Joliet will I'm there.
